Hello. We have procured a temporary service (GoodTemps through Goodwill) in our region. Our local employers or providers are not required to payroll them, which can be time consuming and the liability for any potential injury is on the temp service. Temp service is also better equipped to deal with potential issues--process in place if an injury does occur. It will increase your costs for paid WE usually 20-30%, but it is worth it. It will also eliminate the youth from applying for and receiving unemployment from the participating employers. In the past we have also used the process for TANF participants.
