Cisco Systems' Community Impact Cash Grants Program supports the needs of underserved communities within a fifty-mile radius of a Cisco office or facility.

Individual grants of up to $15,000 are awarded in support of education initiatives in local communities to improve literacy and science instruction or increase the number of graduates in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields. The program also support organizations, projects, and initiatives designed to help residents meet their basic needs for food, shelter, disaster response, water, access to healthcare, and/or breaking the cycle of poverty.
