Georgetown University's Center for Juvenile Justice Reform (CJJR) has released the second edition of “Addressing the Unmet Educational Needs of Children and Youth in the Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare Systems.” This paper outlines strategies for meeting the complex educational needs of children and youth involved with the juvenile justice and foster care systems.
